Sarah joined the BBP team in early 2024, after being a BBP client for over 15 years. While at Providence College, Sarah found her way into benefits through a summer internship which set her on her career path in human resources. Sarah continued her education with a focus on corporate total rewards, earning an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Management at Babson College.
Sarah has led total rewards and HR systems for several well-known companies such as Ocean Spray Cranberries, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and Monster Worldwide. Ultimately, Sarah served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cytel, Inc., a global life sciences company where she built a strong global HR team supporting a complex business which grew exponentially during her time there. Having achieved her career goal of being a CHRO, Sarah re-evaluated where she wanted to take her career – deciding on going back to her roots in both benefits and consulting.
Sarah brings a different skillset to the BBP team, having sat on the client’s side of the table. She understands how benefits not only impact other areas of HR, but also how to leverage benefits to achieve talent acquisition and retention goals. As a Senior Consultant, Sarah is the strategic lead for several key accounts. Sarah is passionate about providing excellent customer service, being responsive, building relationships, and developing creative solutions to solve business problems.
Sarah and her husband reside in Sudbury, Massachusetts with their daughter and two Maine Coon cats. She is a proud hockey mom and when she’s not at the rink, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
